Instructions
Steep the pruneaux in lemon tea, then drain.
Beat eggs, yolks, sugar, milk, and melted butter until smooth. Add flour, baking powder, and salt; mix well.
Dice 2 apples and slice the other; fold into batter with pruneaux. Pour into greased pan and arrange apple slices on top. Bake at 180°C for 50 minutes.
Prepare the cream by melting butter, then stirring in sugar and egg. After 20 minutes of baking, pour over the cake and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
