Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup lime juice
  • 1 cup tequila

dry ingredients

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

  • 1 cup angel food cake (cubed)

Instructions 

  • Mix lime juice and tequila in a bowl.
  • Dip angel food cake cubes into the tequila lime mixture.
  • Air fry at 360°F (182°C) for 15 minutes until golden brown, or fry in oil if no air fryer.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar, lime zest, and salt before serving.
