Delightful small almond or nut-flavored cakes with a rich brown butter aroma, perfect for a quick elegant treat.
Ingredients
Brown butter

Instructions
Heat butter in a saucepan until golden brown and nutty, then cool.
Whisk egg whites until foamy, then add powdered sugar.
Fold in brown butter, then divide batter into 3 portions for different flavors.
Mix each portion with respective flour, nut flour, and salt; pipe into molds and rest in fridge for 1 hour.
Preheat oven, fill molds with batter, top with chopped nuts, and bake at 175°C for 20 minutes.
Let cool briefly, then serve fresh; store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature.
Notes
Use high-quality nut flour for best flavor and texture.
